On the Pallet High School intercom...[/font][/center]Hello once again, students!
Once again, summer comes to a close, as does another successful orientation at Pallet High School! We hope you had a great time getting to know your campus, your fellow peers, and your teachers.
School is about to fully start, and to commemorate this, our summer theatre students will be putting on a great play: Romeo and Juliet: The Musical! Yes, you heard right - our students are putting on Romeo and Juliet, but with the fun twist to make this wonderful play even more entertaining! Opening night is September 2nd, so mark your calenders!
To encourage school spirit and to support our theatre department, attendance to this performance is mandatory, students! That means you are required to go! It will be a night of fun and revelry, so I'm sure you will all be glad to attend!
Another side announcement - our local comedy club, the Ghastly Comedy Club, is hosting Karaoke on Friday nights during August and September. Available for all ages, this is a great, fun way to spend a Friday for just a few dollars, and so we hope that our students will help support our town and enjoy themselves with Karaoke!
Keep studying hard, students, and enjoy the last bit of summer!

So just above that line there is what your characters would have heard while they were in class just a day or so ago.
As you read, attendance to the school performance of Romeo and Juliet: The Musical is mandatory! This will be a good way to interact with characters you may not have met yet, and for people to get started here on PHS. Who knows? It might be more entertaining than you think!
Threads can be started for the play in the Auditorium starting tomorrow, August 29. This event will last into September, or basically as long as it takes to finish threads. (Though I'll probably end up archiving threads by September 31.)
Karaoke has already started, so feel free to post in the Ghastly Comedy Club to start your shenanigans! In-Character the Karaoke is only on Fridays, but feel free to, of course, start and end your threads whenever you like during August and September. This event may become permanent if enough people like it and/or participate. Have fun torturing or pleasing your characters with Karaoke! ;]
Spread the word, y'all, and keep checking in on PHS - we need new and old faces alike to contribute and continue to make PHS a success! I know I haven't been the most active, but I will do my best with my funky schedule, as will the other staffies, but we can't do it alone!
