Smoochum! [Jynx's Little Sister]

So, this is Smoochum! Here's a basic overview of the character I'd like someone to take.

Name: Shay Winters (middle name up to you)

Age and Grade: She'd probably be a sophomore, or maybe a freshman. She'd be around 15 or 16, depending on her birthday.

Suggested Major: Well, you could do this two ways: She could either want to aspire to be like Jynx and go into Cosmetic Arts, or she could do something different, maybe realizing that she wants to follow her own path (more on that below), so perhaps Pediatrics or Medicine? Something that involves touch, since that's a big part of her (according to Bulbapedia).

Suggested Portrayer/Play-by: You don't have to take one, but if you do, I would recommend someone African-American. Anyone is fine so long as they look young enough to be a freshman or sophomore, and bonus points if they look like Eve (Jynx's portrayer).

In Jynx's history, I portrayed her as following her sister around and copying her actions and ideas - basically that she was the adoring little sister who loved her big sister and though she was the best thing since sliced bread - she could do no wrong. She was Jynx's guinea pig for a lot of cosmetic arts things.

You can play her as the ever-adoring little sister, or maybe the sister tired of being in her sister's shadow and wanting to make a name for herself. I'm open to anything, really, just so long as you're okay with them being related (and she would have had to like Jynx in the past, even if she doesn't now).
