personality[/center]
Charismatic.
If Theodora doesn't want to do something, she doesn't expect people to make her. In Elementary School, she could convince all the other kids to let her play on the swings first and longest. In Middle School, she convinced her peers to let her cut in the lunch line and drinking fountain. Now, in High School, she can get them to do her homework, let her use more bathroom time, and the librarians give her an easy time when it comes to overdue magazines. Maybe it is her cutesy manor or her innocent looks, but not many people see how she tricks them. They just go a long with it, probably thinking that she will let them be her best friend. But when they do find out her little game, she simply runs to her big brother, complains about whoever it is, and he scares some sense into them. Once that happens, everything goes back to normal, she is telling people to do something and they do it.Cunning.
Need a plan for revenge? Want to play a prank? Stop by Theo's room. She can come up with the solution in no time. There is a price to pay, though. Do her homeowork? Clean her room? Take your pick. But, be warned, she saves the best plans for herself. Those secret plans aren't for just anyone. Oh, and please, don't get on her bad side. It's better to be on the good side, the grass is greener there. You don't want to see what she can do when angered. Though, she probably won't carry it out. She doesn't like the effort. So she just gets her big brother to help. Though, her plans don't always work. But, she doesn't admit that. When they don't work, Theodora just acts as though they never happened and anyone else involved follows her lead.Skittish.
Even though Theodora acts as though she can do anything she wants and isn't afraid of anything, she is actually quite skittish. The only time she ever does something for someone else is if they discover she is a scaredy cat and she needs to bribe them not to tell. Theodora's favorite person is her big brother, who she runs to whenever she is frightened, worried, or angry. To her, he is her savior. If Theodora is losing an argument, or not getting her way, she calls her brother. He comes running and tells that person off and she gets her way again. As children, Theodora could even get him to play Dress-Up, Barbie, and Princess without much of a struggle. Don't ever scare Teddy, but if you do, watch out for her brother.Disloyal.
"She is so sweet!" "She is so innocent and cute!" "Teddy? Little Teddy? Oh no, she couldn't do a thing like that!" are some of the things you might hear about her around Pallet. Those people don't know her to well. Yes, she may appear cute and innocent on the oustide, but Theodora's got a mean streak. Don't be to hard on yourself for not noticing. It's kind of hard to see past that cute little smile and adorable nickname, Teddy. The only people who know about her are the ones who have been stabbed in the back by her. Even they have learned to keep their mouths shut. You might want to start saying pleasant things about her. If she hears what you've been saying, she will get back at you.Kleptomaniac.
Lost your purse? I might know what happened. Did you put it down for even a second. Oh. That's not good. Where you near Theodora? Say good-bye to that purse. Your not getting it back. Teddy is quite the little thief. She could steal your wallet and you won't even notice until she is long gone. Teddy has always had that little gift of being sneaky. Even in kindgergarden, lots of kids came home complaining to their parents that their juice boxes went missing. Their parents just shoke their heads saying, "Oh honey, you misplace everything." Little did they know, it wasn't their kids. While their things went missing, Teddy always got an extra juice box or a pack of carrots for lunch. Even now, in High School, things mysteriously disappear for everyone but Teddy. She may not always get off scot-free, but she always tries to weasel her way out of a sticky situation.

appearance[/center]
Theodora has wild, waist-length, brown-blonde hair. Theodora's favorite feature about herself is her hair. She like to put bows in it, comb her locks in high buns, twist them into a casual braid, or add a flirty fedora. You will most likely see her with one of those things, unless you wake her up in the morning. Then, you will see her with her wavy hair plain and lifeless. Theodora's seceond prettiest feature is her blue-gray eyes. Her eyes that can be cold and threatening when she wants and sweet and innocent when Teddy needs them to. Theodora doesn't where lots of make-up. Just mascara, blush, some cover-up for her scar, and something on her lips. She loves lip products. She was a pink and white make-up bag that carries her lip make-up alone. Liner, gloss, stick, balm, you name is, she has it. Though she does keep other make-up in case she ever gets a rare pimple on her fair skin. Theodora hates the moon shaped scar on her forehead so she usually covers it up.Theodora could easily convince her wealthy father to buy her almost anything. Which means she has some of the cutest clothes in school. She has very wide variety of style. From girly to sporty, she has tons of clothes. Teddy would never admit this to someone, but she doesn't like her body. Her face, hair, and clothes are cute, sure. But, she isn't exactly hottest body. She doesn't even like to talk about it, with her "best friend". Whoever that would be at the time. Other things about Theo's appearance would be that she has a tattoo or three birds on her left shoulder, she almost always has clear nail polish on to make them look natural, and her toes are almos talways painted pink or red. She weighs 117 pounds and is 5 feet and 3 inches tall, which is a little below average, but she doesn't mind. It makes her looks more innocent and sweet.

hometown - Aspen, Colorado
Theodora wasn't always as bossy as she is now. She was born on March 27, 1997. Being an Aries, she has always been assertive with family. But, not so much everyone. When she was four, her tutor came happily into the room announcing it was time for school. Theodora decided she didn't want to and refused. That was the start of her attitude. If she didn't want to do something, a tantrum it was. Theodora had an older brother who took a liking to the little girl right away. He told her whould always be there for her, and he has been. She loves her big brother, but when she doesn't want him around, she doesn't want him around. Whenever a boy begins to develop feelings for her, the older brother tends to scare him off. He has always done that, so she is used to it by, now.
When Theodora was seven her mom said, "Teddy, you are so darn adorable. I know, let's make you a little star." So she got her daughter into acting, modeling, and had her singing lessons. Acting didn't go to too well because her mom always argued with the director, producer, whoever she could complain to. Modeling went better than acting, but did end up bad in the end. Now singing, that was her strong point. Even though, singing wasn't her favorite she was good. So her mom pushed her into lessons, plays, anything else where her daughter could shine. Theodora did like the attention but, not the effort. Her mother wants her to make it her minor when she gets older.
Now, Theodora's dad was a different story. He wasn't a big part of Theodora's life. Of course, she loved him and all, but he was constantly in his office working or at the golf course swinging his club. Unless it had to do with his credit card or her charming her way out of a punishment. She wouldn't admit this, but another secret is that she wished he would be apart of her life. He seemed to love his son more than her, which was strange considering she was his little girl.
When she was 13, she decided she was tired of her distant father and overbearing mother. She packed her bags and chose to follow in her big brother's footsteps. Go to Pallet High School. A place where she could be away from her annoying and/or terrible parents and be her own person. Now here she is. Pallet High School. Where You strive to be the very best that no one ever was.

• The first name of Theodora is basically the female version of Theodore. Theodore is a lot of the time shortened to Teddy. Any of the shortenings for Theodore would work with Theodora. Teddy is the main nickname I used. I found the last name Ursing on the Most Common Surnames in the United States [Top 1000]. Since the Teddy in Teddiursa already taken care of, I went to the URS section and tried to find a last name the started with Ursa. When I didn’t find any, I settled for Ursing. The middle name Daphne I simply used because I wanted one that sounded girly and that started with a D. Daphne was the first one that came to mind.
• Teddy’s major is Speech and Debate. I made her major in this subject because Teddiursa is quite argumentative, talkative, and charming. I originally didn’t have her as that, but I asked around in the chat box and others seemed to be leaning more towards Speech and Debate. The more I thought about it, the more I liked it.
• Theodora’s portrayer was Madison Stingray. I was reading Teen Vogue one day when there was an article for Madison Stingray about her modeling, singing, writing, and bedroom design. [She has quite a sweet purple bookcase which she fills with her snow globe and troll doll collections.] Madison has long, golden brown hair like Teddiursa’s fur. Her eyes aren’t golden or brown but rather a bluish-gray color. For one of the icons we have to use, I had Rachel make me some. I decided to use the one with her in dark nature colors. Mostly brown, which hinted at her brown fur.
• I used Bulbapedia and in a lot of the Pokédex entries it talked about Teddiursa’s love of honey, how she licks her paws, and how they hoard food before wintertime. So I decided that Teddy should have a sweet tooth, especially for honey. She puts honey on crackers, toast, in her tea, pancakes, anything that she can get away with without it being gross to others. With the licking of the “paws”, I made it so she has a little hand fetish. Teddy is constantly painting and repainting her nails. Trimming them so the are always even and filing them so there are no sharp edges and they round gently. But she can’t help bite her nails or scratch the paint off. With the hoarding before winter, I thought maybe she kept little stashes of food hidden in her room. So Teddy has quite the appetite even when she isn’t really hungry, she eats. But her high metabolism make it so she doesn’t gain a lot of what she eats. With the moon shaped mark on Teddiursa's head I made it a moon-shaped scar on Teddy's forehead.
• Instead of using Ursaring as her parents, I decided to use Ursaring as her big brother. I set it up this way so her evolution can be a bigger part and be around her more often. I made Ursaring be described as a protective [which is shown in anime when Ursaring blasts Team Rocket off for dressing its Teddiursa up as a Spinda].

Where we strive to be the very best like no one ever was. Or so it said on the stone sign outside the gates of Pallet High School. Sure, it was her first year at Pallet, but she already knew quite a lot about the school. Her elder brother had been going for a couple of years now. Her name was Theodora Daphne Ursing. The freshman didn’t quite like her grandmother name when it came to her peers, but with the classy benefits her mother threw it sounded elegant when she was mentioned in a speech. On the other hand it sounded old and dusty like the attic in her grandparents house. With her classmates and summer friends, Teddy, Theo, or Dora were all expectable. Trying to escape the ignorance of her father and the hovering of her mother every second of the day she was leaving the Aspen School District 235 and heading to Pallet where her brother was learning. Teddy sat in the back seat on the left side of the white 2012 Land Rover Range Rover her parents had bought not one month ago. Her hair pulled into a loose braid, bobby pins held her fly away hairs out of her face. She wore a flowing teal tank top with ruffles on the front in a diagonal pattern. Dark jeans and teal sandals completed the look. Her brother had commented on how the tank top was too revealing. As if she would ever take fashion advice from him.
Teddy had made sure to change the mailing address of her magazine subscriptions to her new school seeing as she would be here for the entire school year, she didn’t want to miss issues of her favorite magazines. Teen Vogue, Pixie, Seventeen, and Elle Girl would still be there for her every month. Lush, a store she had recently found that sold hand-made cosmetics, was also going to be there for her. In her turquoise purse it held magazines, gum, floss, some granola bars, and of course her make-up with a handheld mirror. Her brother always told her she cared to much about magazines. But who was the sports obsessed teen to be talking when he couldn’t go 5 minutes without talking about some sort of ball. Soccer, football, or whatever sport has those sticks and skates. He knew about all of them. Sure, some girls found that “attractive”, but she found it boring. Her mind now on sports and her brother who sat two seats over texting on his HTC Thunderbolt she went back to summer. Not three days ago, she was admiring her summer tan. Now she was nervously green-blue painted nail, a habit she was she was desperately trying to break. “Nervous much?” her brother teased. “Shut up,” Teddy demanded quickly staring at her chipping nails and examining her cuticles. He kept his mouth shut the rest of the way.
Leaving Teddy to her thoughts, she remembered her summer spent in The Hamptons. She lazed by the pool in her pink and white deck chair with Isabelle and Chloe. Isabelle had the pale skin that barely tanned, even with tanning oil. But made up for it in dark brown hair that worked perfect in winter. The kind of hair that the snowflakes fell on and they stayed perfect without melting. Though, Teddy had never seen it in the winter she could tell it was that kind. Chloe was the one who tanned to golden perfection. Her hair on the other hand had was like curly silk. It fell in blonde waves down her back. It was hard not to star at the two of them, but they three girls grew close in the summer being next door neighbors they hung out almost every day in the summer. It had been good, they talked boys, exchanged magazines, had spa days and floated in the pool on expensive water chairs. Isabelle was floating in the pool, Chloe admiring her tan and painting her and Teddy’s toes a bright cherry red. Teddy flipped through a new issue of Elle Girl, reading out the interesting articles. That had been a good day. Or good night. Chloe had thrown a teen party that July evening for her birthday. They had gone to the spa, shopping and finished last minute touches.
But that was more ancient than yesterday. Teddy had turned over a new leaf. She could be an entirely new person if she wanted. The only person that really new her at Pallet was her brother, but who would want to change if you were Theodora Ursing. Teddy was about to spit her gum out and grab a new piece of Stride: Shift Berry to Mint, her favorite when their family driver announced some big news. “We’ve arrived!” he announced parking the car. Teddy exchanged a glance with her older brother. A look passed her face that she didn’t like to show. Worry. Anxiety. Fear. All of that crossed her face in one look, blink, and gulp. He pulled her in, wrapped an arm around her and kissed her head. “You’ll be fine,” he promised holding out his pinky. Pinky promises were something they had done since they were kids. Teddy wanted to roll her eyes, to groan in annoyance, to order him to get her luggage. But she stretched her pinky out and wrapped it around his with a slight grin. “Now get me bags, please,” Teddy said flickering back to “princess mode” as she stepped out of the car. Theodora Daphne Ursing gazed at the iron gates and stone sign. A sign she had looked at, even stared at. But, never quite read. Letting the words sink in a proud smile crossed her face. Where we strive to be the very best like no one ever was.
